Hello Barracuda Families,

It looks like the weather will cooperate with the meet for this evening.  If I remember correctly it is a good idea to bring your own seating and shade if you want shade.  

After the meet there is a Brewster's near by that we all like to meet up at for a late night treat!

Please make sure you enter your swimmer into the NEW meet against Community.  Just because they were signed up for the original meet does not confirm their eligibility for the new meet.  We are starting the meet where we left off.  Here will be the parameters for swimmer events:

- Swimmer A who swam two events through 14 

- Swimmer B was supposed to swim three events through 14, but because of scratches, ended up only swimming one

- Swimmer C was not enrolled for the 6/20 meet, but can make the 7/1 meet Our understanding is that at the make-up meet: 

- Swimmer A can swim two events in 15 through 41

- Swimmer B can swim three events in 15 through 41

- Swimmer C can swim four events in 15 through 41 

- Both teams will bring new, updated line ups to exchange

I think Community and then Ingomar North will be our two most difficult meets!  The three teams are ranked 1st 2nd and 3rd!  If we beat community then the last meet against Ingomar North will determine 1st place between Valley Brook Barracudas and Ingomar North!  

Please make sure you confirm eligibility for the Championship meets!  We will need to put that line up together next week!  Our goal for Individual Championships is to have an MANY swimmers there as possible! We are allowed 3 swimmers in each event so this will allow more swimmers than ever to be in a Championship meet.  

Valley Brook is also the lead team for this meet.  I am going to need as many hands on deck to help with this meet!  I have never ran a meet of this size nor has Valley Brook.  We will be using touch pads and a timing system!  The concession stand will be HUGE fundraiser for the team and will set our budget for next year! As soon as I learn more about this I will have more information for all of you!
