Here is the final Heat Sheet.  Avonworth will not have enough copies for spectators, feel free to print one out for yourself!

Avonworth has had a lot of rain this week and is warning that the grassy areas are still pretty wet.  Please bring chairs and shade if you want shade.  There will be a designated team area where the swimmers and coaches will be.  The swimmers are usually in the grass field and there is NO SHADE there.  

Warm-ups are at 4:45, please have your swimmer to the pool no later than 4:15.

We will also be collecting for the Coaches Gifts tonight.  Katie Bentz or myself will collect.

We also ask that parents advised their swimmers to avoid the stream area.  It makes it very difficult to line the swimmers up if they are missing.  This meet usually runs pretty fast!
